Due to business development, we are now recruiting a hotel operation director for Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., LTD., with specific requirements as follows:

I. Job title

Ii. Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of the hotel's management objectives and business policies (to determine service products, annual turnover, profit and other planned indicators).

2. Responsible for hotel marketing, organizing and coordinating internal and external resources of the project, leading the team to achieve various business targets.

3. Establish and improve the hotel's organizational management system (improve the organizational structure and formulate management norms).

4. Carry out social public relations activities and establish a good image of the hotel among the public.

Iii. Post conditions

1. Under 40 years of age, college degree or above;

2. Over 8 years of hotel working experience;

3. At least 2 years working experience as general manager of a hotel;

4. Good team management ability, strong leadership, execution and pressure resistance.
