Invitation for bids: Indoor low-voltage main cable procurement project in the remaining area of the Museum of Glass project
Jiangsu New Times Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement project of indoor low-voltage main cable in the remaining area of the Museum of Glass project. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Project name

Ii. Brief description of the project
The bidding content is the purchase project of indoor low-voltage main cable in the remaining area of the Museum of Glass project (including transportation but not installation), which has a budget of about 1.91 million yuan. Detailed configuration list and technical parameters are shown in the bidding document procurement requirements.
This project adopts the lowest appraised bid price method.
Iii. Bidder qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the business license of the legal person or any other organization, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2016 or 2017 (refers to the audited financial report of the supplier or the credit certificate issued by the bank; if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide it);
3. Materials related to tax payment and social security funds according to law in any month since November 2017 (referring to the evidence of the supplier's tax payment and social security funds according to law);
4. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of competitive negotiation);
(II) The project does not accept consortium response.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with controlling or management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract of this project. Otherwise, the negotiation application will be rejected.
Iv. Registration information
(I) Registration time: from June 1, 2018 to June 5, 2018, 8:30-11:30, 14:00-17:30 (except holidays).
(2) Registration place: 9th Floor, East Unit Yuan, Lawyer Building, Qianmei Business Square, Sucheng District, Suqian City.
(3) Acquisition method of bidding documents: on-site purchase.
(4) The fee for collecting the bidding documents: RMB 200 yuan per copy, and the bidding documents shall not be returned after sale.
