Invitation for bids for gas supply projects in Antian Village and Yangguang Caoping Area of Santai Mountain, Suqian
Jiangsu Tuoxin Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiations on the gas supply project of Nanaktian Village and Yangguang Lawn in Suqian Santaishan, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:
I. Project name
Project name: Gas supply project in Nanaktian Village and Yangguang Caoping area, Suqian
Ii. Brief description of the project
The bidding is for the gas supply project of Aktian Village and Yangguang Lawn in Santaishan, Suqian. The project budget is about 670,000 yuan. Detailed requirements list and drawings for all items.
Construction requirements: 35 calendar days;
Quality requirements: qualified
This project adopts the lowest appraised bid price method.
Iii. Bidder qualification requirements
Bidders should meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in this government procurement activity:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(2) The bidder shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license.
(3) The bidder shall have the qualification of grade III or above enterprise for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and shall have the GBI Certificate of Special Equipment Installation, Transformation and Maintenance (Pressure Pipeline) of the People's Republic of China;
(iv) Qualification level of project leader to be selected: Grade II or above registered construction engineer or small-sized project management qualification for municipal public works, and Certificate B for production safety assessment;
(5) The project accepts joint bid;
1. Submit the joint bidding agreement jointly signed by all members of the consortium, clarify the rights and obligations of the initiator and other members as well as the responsibilities they should assume, and specify the specific division of work of each member of the consortium;
2. Each member of the consortium shall be no more than 2. The consortium leader shall be a unit with GBI certificate of Special Equipment Installation, Renovation and Maintenance (Pressure Pipeline) of the People's Republic of China, and shall have the ability to deepen drawings, coordinate ventilation and project acceptance;
3. The members of the consortium shall have the qualifications and corresponding capabilities corresponding to the division of labor agreed in the consortium agreement;
4. After the parties to the consortium have signed a joint bid agreement, they shall not apply for the same bid section in their own names or in the names of other members of the consortium.
