Jiangsu Susi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to carry out competitive negotiation on the seedling transplantation project of Santaishan Sunshine Lawn. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to transplant more than 2,000 seedlings such as ginkgo biloba, Briar, Luanchu, crapia and so on into the open space on the northeast side of the golf course in the health zone, and then transplant them to this point after the construction of the rTRAILER camp landscape is completed. The budget is about 600,000 yuan (including two transplants, organic fertilizer, rooting agent and two years of secondary maintenance, and the survival rate is not less than 95%).
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) having a valid business license and the business license includes landscaping;
(vi) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have intermediate or above technical titles in landscape gardening related majors (landscape architecture, landscape architecture, landscape architecture or horticulture);
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, they shall not participate in the same package response of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.
