Jiangsu Sushi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the blooming and arboreal landscape enhancement project of Qingcuihu in Santaishan. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to upgrade and transform the flowering arbour landscape of Qingcuihu in Santaishan.
The budget is about 790,000 yuan. See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements. The purchase is divided into two packages as follows:

After the transplantation is completed and the fixed root water is watered, Party A shall pay Party B 85% of the contract price, and the balance (including tax) shall be paid upon expiration of the maintenance period. Before party A makes the payment, Party B shall provide a special VAT invoice in full amount.
The lowest valuation method
Each bidder may bid separately for the above two packages and may include any package.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) The second package shall also meet the following requirements:
5.1 Have a valid business license and the business scope of the business license includes landscaping;
5.2 The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have intermediate or above technical titles of landscape gardening related majors (landscape architecture, landscape architecture, landscape architecture or horticulture);
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, they shall not participate in the same package response of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.

V. Information to be provided during registration:
1. The copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person with the official seal (the copy of the "three Certificates in one" business license that has been handled);
2. The original certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project;
3. Original and copy of id card of legal representative or authorized client.
4. Bao1 shall provide seedling real scene photos as the acceptance basis, and provide seedlings at the later stage not lower than the photo specifications.
Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
