Suqian Haoyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for seedling procurement projects such as Suqian Santaishan Ziwei Garden ziwei. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of procurement items
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. intends to purchase a batch of crape myrtle trees, welcome pines and landscape stones (including transportation and planting) for the upgrading project of the interior Crape myrtle garden in Santaishan National Forest Park. Specifically see the third part of the procurement needs.
Completion period: 60 calendar days
Negotiated control price: 50000000 YUAN

This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method: the successful candidate is recommended in the order of comprehensive scoring from high to low.
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) Suppliers' participation in this government procurement activity shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
1. Ability to bear civil liability independently;
2. Good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;
3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
5. No major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participation in the consultation;
6. Other requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
The following materials are also provided:
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations and other supporting documents;
2. Pay taxes and social security funds according to law (suppliers who are exempt from paying social security funds or do not need to pay social security funds according to law shall provide relevant certificates or letters of commitment);
3. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;

If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, they shall not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
