Each bidder:
Jiangsu Susi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for the two-star design project of the glass museum and old factory building renovation project. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of procurement items
1. Designed the two-star green Construction project for the glass Museum and old factory, and applied for the two-star green Construction project. Project pre-evaluation, project simulation analysis, data summary, production and pre-certification, application and other work passed the existing building green construction audit and obtained green construction two-star identification certificate.
2. Payment method: 20% of the contract price shall be paid after signing the contract; 60 percent of the contract price shall be paid after the documents are submitted; 85% of the contract price shall be paid upon approval of the green Construction project identification certificate, and the balance shall be paid after completion of the project acceptance.
3. Design cycle: the tenderee shall submit the design proposal within 14 days after sending the design task; the preliminary design proposal shall be submitted within 10 days after passing the examination and approval; the construction drawing design proposal shall be submitted within 15 days after passing the examination and approval; Qualified construction drawings shall be submitted within 5 days after the approval of the construction drawing design results. Application for Greenstar II shall be completed within 10 days after the construction drawings are provided (the above time does not include approval or review time).

Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
Bidders should comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Qualification Certificate: Grade A comprehensive engineering design qualification or Grade B and above design qualification in the construction industry or Grade B and above design qualification in the construction industry (construction engineering).
3. Qualification Certificate of project Leader to be selected: Certified Architect of grade II or above.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same package of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.

Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
