Suqian Santaishan National Forest Park conducts competitive negotiation on the purchase project of electric sightseeing vehicle. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. plans to purchase 2 electric sightseeing vehicles with doors. The detailed configuration list and technical parameters are shown in the technical response in part III of the negotiation document. The budget limit of this project is RMB 144,000. The bid evaluation method of this project is the comprehensive score. The payment method is 30% in advance after signing the contract, 95% after installation and acceptance, and no quality problems after 6 months of use.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
Negotiation Suppliers' participation in this government procurement activity shall comply with the provisions of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Regulations for the Implementation of The Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and meet the following conditions:
(1) The bidders shall be legal persons or other economic organizations with good financial and credit standing, paying taxes according to law and bearing civil liabilities independently.
(2) The bidder shall have a production license for the manufacturer of the product; The bidder for the distributor shall have the manufacturer's authorization letter for the project.
Iv. Registration requirements
The bidder shall submit the bid on November 17th, November 19th, 2017 (8:30 --
11:30, 14:00-17:30) During the period, go to the service Department on the second floor of the west entrance of Santaishan National Forest Park in Suqian to register and collect the bidding documents. The authorized agent of the bidder shall bring two originals and photocopies of the following materials:
(1) duplicate of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person;
(2) Tax registration certificate (there is no need to provide three certificates in one);
(3) power of attorney issued by the legal representative of the enterprise;
(4) Id card of authorized agent of the bidder (second generation);
(v) The agent shall provide the manufacturer's letter of authorization for the project;
(6) The basic account opening license of the entity (photocopy with official seal).
