Invitation for Bids: Santaishan Forest Park shiquan Hotel, Jinghu Second floor Renovation Project
Suqian Jianwei Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the decoration and renovation project of Shiquan Hotel in Santaishan Forest Park and the second floor of Jinghu Lake. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.
I. Project name
Project name: Santaishan Forest Park Shiquan Hotel, Jinghu second floor renovation project
Ii. Brief description of procurement items
(I) Location of the project: Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian
(ii) Project scale: the budget is about 280,000 yuan.
(iii) Construction scope: Construction of decoration and renovation project of The second floor of Shiquan Hotel and Jinghu Lake in Santaishan Forest Park.
(4) The lowest price evaluation method shall be adopted for the project.
(5) Time and method of payment of project progress payment:
60% of the contract price upon completion of the project; After the completion of the project is qualified and the audit is completed, it shall be paid to 95% of the approval price; The balance will be paid after the expiry of the warranty (without interest).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding, and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding and meet the following requirements:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing, paying taxes according to law and bearing civil liabilities independently;
(ii) The bidder shall have the qualification of grade II or above for professional contracting of building decoration and decoration projects or grade III or above for design and construction of building decoration and decoration projects;
(3) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the bidder shall have the qualification of registered construction engineer of minor project manager or grade II or above, and shall also have the qualification certificate of production safety examination (Class B);
(4) the bidder has the conditions for production safety and has obtained the production safety license;
(5) The authorized trustor of the legal representative of the bidder and the project leader shall be the personnel of the bidder, and in the bidding documents, the certificate of pension insurance for any one month that has been handled for the bidder in the recent six months shall be provided, which shall be subject to the certificate issued by the insurance administration department of the place where the bidder is located.
