Invitation for bid for Ancestral Temple of Nantian Village, Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian

Each bidder:

Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. organizes an online public bidding for the ancestral temple project of Aktian Village in The Santaishan Forest Park in Suqian, Jiangsu province, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:

I. Project name and serial number

(I) Project name: Ancestral Temple of Aktian Village, Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian

(II) Project Number: STS[2017]083001

(III) Project Budget:

The budgeted price of this project is 300,000 yuan.

(4) Main Contents:

The overall renovation plan of The ancestral temple of Aktian Village in The Forest Park of Santaishan is detailed in the procurement requirements.

Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers

(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;

1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);

2. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;

(II) The bidder authorizes the client and the person in charge of the project to be appointed by the bidder must be its official staff and provide the certificate of paying social endowment insurance for the bidder in any month since January 2017 (the certificate shall be issued by the competent department of social security, and the legal representative's participation in the bid opening meeting shall be subject to this requirement).

(iii) Consortium suppliers are not allowed to participate in bidding for this project.

(4) The amount of the bid bond: RMB 2,000.

The form of bid security: cash, paid by the financial department of the scenic spot company.

If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.

Iii. Bid evaluation methods

This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are set out in the bid assessment methods of the tender documents.

Iv. Acquisition of bidding documents

From 8:30 to 17:30 on August 30 to September 4, 2017, the Marketing Department of the Scenic Company can obtain the products on site.

5. Receiving information of bidding documents

(I) Deadline for submission of tender documents and bid opening time: 15:00, September 5, 2017

Place of bid opening: Main entrance to the west gate of Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian (2nd floor, Visitor Service Center).
