The whole-process consulting service project of Santaishan Anak town in Suqian is to be purchased from a single source. According to the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant requirements, it is hereby announced as follows:

I. Project overview

3. Project budget: three hundred thousand yuan

Ii. Requirements of qualified suppliers

1. Meet the requirements stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement;

2. The bidder has valid business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate;

3. Have the performance of implementing transparency assessment services for provincial, prefectural and county governments for two consecutive years.

Iii. Reasons for single-source procurement

Because this project requires the supplier to have strong professional technical ability, it is not suitable for public bidding. This project to suppliers: Beijing crystal wenbo display co., LTD., with intelligent control of sand table simulation software (hereinafter referred to as: ICCS 】 V1.0, digital urban planning information system (VRCITY) V2.0, interactive system of four-dimensional space system (NStreet) V1.0, wisdom hall management control platform, such as patents, have to undertake the necessary conditions of the project and work experience. If there is no real-name written feedback from qualified suppliers during the announcement period, the project shall be purchased from a single source.

5. Feedback Instructions

If the purchasing supplier has any objection to the single-source procurement of this project, please give feedback to the purchaser in written form in real name during the announcement time, from 8:00 to 11:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30 (Beijing time) every day.

During the feedback, the following materials shall be provided: feedback opinions, enterprise business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, qualification certificate (see requirements of qualified suppliers), copy of legal person id card, letter of authorization of legal person, id card of authorized client and other qualification certification materials.
