Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. is inviting bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the inflatable swimming pool procurement project.
I. Project name
Project name: Procurement project of inflatable swimming pool of Santaishan National Forest Park
Ii. Brief description
Santaishan National Forest Park plans to build children's recreation area in the sunshine lawn area of the scenic spot. One is to set up a standard inflatable PVC bracket swimming pool. Size: 25m * 50m, with one cartoon theme slide, size: 10m * 8.5m; Second, set up an inflatable PVC theme park. It is 21*21 meters in size and features cartoon images of sharks, octopuses, whales and other Marine animals. The third is to buy 12 small PVC interactive toys. Such as water volleyball, water iceberg, water seesaw, etc.
The project is mainly about the procurement, installation and commissioning of the above inflatable equipment. The maximum budget of the project is about 200,000 yuan. The detailed configuration list and technical parameters are shown in the negotiation document.
The bid evaluation method shall be the lowest bid won after being evaluated by the judges. The payment method is 30% in advance after signing the contract, 95% after passing the installation acceptance, and no quality problem after using for 2 months.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
Negotiation Suppliers' participation in this government procurement activity shall comply with the provisions of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Regulations for the Implementation of The Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and meet the following conditions:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing, paying taxes according to law and bearing civil liabilities independently;
(2) If the bidder is a manufacturer, its business scope shall include the research and development, design and sales of gas mold products, with a registration period of not less than 2 years and a registered capital of not less than 2 million RMB.
(3) When the bidder is the agent, he/she shall have the valid letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer meeting the above requirements for the project.
Iv. Registration requirements
Bidders should register and receive bidding documents from the logistics service department on the second floor of the west entrance of santaishan national forest park in suqian during solstice July 9, 2017 (8:30-11:30, 14:00-17:30). The authorized agent of the bidder shall bring two originals and photocopies of the following materials:
(1) duplicate of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person;
(2) Tax registration certificate (there is no need to provide three certificates in one);
(3) power of attorney issued by the legal representative of the enterprise;
(4) Id card of authorized agent of the bidder (second generation);
(v) The agent shall provide the manufacturer's letter of authorization for the project;
(6) The basic account opening license of the entity (photocopy with official seal).
