Suqian Santaishan Scenic Spot Management Co., Ltd. organizes competitive negotiations on the old logo replacement project, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian three taishan scenic spot management co., LTD., probes into the existing 14 "three taishan forest park" logo of the replacement for the "three taishan national forest park", the scenic spot company provide rendering (attached), but the concrete construction drawing to be agreed by telephone to deepen design and quote the scenic spot rear can make, according to the bidding units themselves logo size to carry on the design manufacture and installation, including dismantling the original logo, design, production and transportation.
The bidding is subject to the highest price limit. There are 14 replacements in total, and the total price is no more than 165,000 yuan. Quotations above the ceiling are invalid. The quotation includes tax points and all expenses.
The longest duration of this project is 20 calendar days. After signing the contract, the bid inviter shall pay 50% of the bid price in advance, 40% of the bid price upon the arrival of the goods and the acceptance of installation, and the remaining 10% of the bid price shall be regarded as quality retention money. The warranty period shall be 1 year, and the payment shall be interest-free within 1 year after the completion acceptance.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the logo replacement program:
(1) The supplier shall be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability, and its business scope shall include the design and production of signs;
(ii) The supplier shall pay the bid bond of ONLY TWO thousand yuan, which will be converted into performance bond after winning the bid (no quality problems will be returned after the expiration of the warranty period). If the supplier fails to win the bid, it will be returned after the negotiation.

(3) Negotiation method: the second quotation is implemented, bidders fill in the quotation sheet on site (with official seal), and the winning bidder is determined according to the lowest bid winning method.
Evaluation fee: the winning bidder shall pay 2% of the winning bid price as the evaluation fee (the maximum price shall not exceed RMB 3,300).
