Suqian Haoyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Jiangsu Xiangwang Hometown Tourism Development Co., LTD., and plans to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the implementation project of the important node "May Day" atmosphere construction work in Xiangwang Hometown. Ii. Brief description of procurement items
Xiangwang Hometown scenic spot important node "May Day" atmosphere construction project to purchase a batch of flowers bonsai modeling, the project budget of about 800,000 yuan. Please refer to the procurement requirements section of the project procurement document for details.
(I) Method of payment: The purchaser shall pay 70% of the actual price of the contract upon completion of the project and passing the acceptance inspection; The balance shall be paid after the end of the maintenance period and audit.
(II) Maintenance period: 2 months.
This project adopts comprehensive evaluation method
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(I) Any enterprise capable of production, operation and after-sales service of the Project and bearing civil liabilities independently can apply for the project (the business license is required to cover the business contents of the project)
(2) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
(1) Copy of the business license of the enterprise (check the original, keep a copy, and need to stamp the official seal of the unit)
(2) Letter of Authorization (original)
(3) Id card of the principal.
