Ii. Relevant requirements of qualified suppliers
The supplier shall comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and meet the following requirements:

5. Bid bond:

After the successful bidder is confirmed, the bid guarantee paid by the successful bidder will be automatically converted into performance bond and returned after the completion of the project acceptance. The bid bond of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned within 5 working days after bid opening. If the successful bidder goes back on his word, the bid bond shall not be returned.
6. The winning bidder shall pay 1% of the bid-winning amount on site as the review fee.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
The second quotation is the final quotation, and the second quotation must be lower than the first quotation, otherwise the quotation will be invalid. Recommend candidates for closing in order from low to high based on final valid bona fide offers.
Iv. Registration Time:
Registration time: 8:30 am on March 29, 2017 to 17:30 PM on March 31, 2017. The bidding documents will be provided on site at the time of the bidder's registration.
