2. Applicant's qualification requirements:
(1) Suppliers participating in this procurement activity shall meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China", and provide the following materials in accordance with Article 17 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China":

4.
