2. Method of Qualification Examination

4. Bidder qualification requirements

4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;

4.3 Registered major and qualification level of project leader: Qualified as a second-level construction engineer or above (municipal public Engineering), and with class B certificate of work safety assessment.

4.4 The enterprise shall have a comprehensive credit evaluation report issued by a third-party credit service agency and filed by the credit management department of Suqian, and the credit report score shall be no less than 65 points.
