Announcement of competitive Consultation on procurement of 23 Battery sightseeing vehicles in Santaishan National Forest Park

Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement project of 23 battery sightseeing vehicles in Santaishan National Forest Park. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.
I. Project name and serial number
(I) Project name: Procurement project of 23 battery sightseeing buses in Santaishan National Forest Park
(II) Purchase Number: JSKJ[2019]521
(III) Project budget: RMB 760,000 yuan (response documents higher than this price limit shall be invalid bidding)
(iv) Main Content: purchase of 23 96V AC lithium battery sightseeing vehicles in Santaishan National Forest Park (see part IV purchase requirements for details).
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in this purchasing activity:
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents. See the scope of procurement in Part IV of the consultation document for details of procurement requirements;
2. Financial status report of 2017 or 2018 (if the supplier has been established for less than one year, it is not required to provide);
3. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since November 2018;
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years prior to participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuing the public consultation document);
Joint bids for this project will not be accepted.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid evaluation method of competitive consultation document.
Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive consultation documents shall be provided from 8:30 on May 27, 2019 to 17:30 on May 31, 2019, except holidays.
(II) Suppliers shall register on the spot within the time provided by the consultation document. (1) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Copy of id card of authorized client. The above materials are stamped with the official seal).

Price of negotiation documents: RMB 200 per set, cash purchase, non-refundable after sale.
(3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the consultation document as required and thus fails to participate in the consultation, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Response file to receive information
(I) Deadline for submission of response documents and time for consultation: 15:00, June 1, 2019
(II) Venue: meeting room on the 1st floor of Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD
(III) The supplier shall submit the paper response document to the consultation place before the response deadline (i.e., the response document submission deadline, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the response documents submitted late.

Vii. The term of this announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of Competitive consultation) shall be five working days from the date of promulgation of the announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of competitive consultation).
