1.5 Quality requirements: meet the ministry of Construction "Garden greening Project construction and acceptance code" qualified standards. The maintenance period of all greening seedlings involved in this project is considered as one year second-class maintenance. Since the acceptance date of transplantation completion, the survival rate of seedlings with DBH ≥375px shall reach 100%, and the survival rate of seedlings with DBH <375px shall be no less than 98%. If the above survival rate is not reached, Party B shall compensate for the replacement of new seedlings of the same species and specifications.

1.6 Time and method of payment of project progress payment: 80% shall be paid upon completion of the project and acceptance by the competent forestry authorities, and shall be paid upon completion of financial audit and maintenance.

4. Bidder qualification requirements
