Each bidder:
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to negotiate on the external wall leakage repair project of No. 2 and No. 3 buildings of Zillingli Hotel in Santaishan Scenic Area. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to repair and renovate the external wall leakage of building 2 and building 3 of Zillingli Hotel in Santaishan Scenic Spot. The budget is about 260,100 yuan, including labor, machinery, materials and other expenses. The construction period is 30 calendar days.
Upon completion of construction, 70% of the project price shall be paid upon acceptance, 95% shall be paid upon completion of audit, and the balance shall be paid upon expiration of the warranty period. Before Party A makes the payment, Party B shall provide the VAT invoice in full amount 10 working days in advance.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the purchase activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) Having a valid business license, a production safety license, and grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects;
(vi) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have the qualification of registered construction engineer of grade II or above, and have valid B certificate of production safety;
The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relationship, so they are not allowed to participate in the response of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.
