Invitation for Bids: Procurement and Installation of central Hot water System for Yinhuajian Homestay, Santaishan, Suqian
Jiangsu Susi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement of the central hot water system procurement and installation project of Suqian Santaishan Cryptohuajian Homestay. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
(I) Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to purchase a set of gas-fired boilers and install them with a budget of about RMB 324,920.48. Among them, the gas-fired boiler system is about 150,000 yuan, and the boiler room construction and original building demolition and restoration are about 174,920.48 yuan. See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements.
(2) the terms of payment: the goods in the installation is complete, water, electricity, ventilation finish testing, and inspection by party a to pay to contract value 45%, three taishan implicit flowers home stay facility project completion acceptance after paid to 80% of the price of the contract, the financial audit to 95% of the price of the examination and approval after acceptance, the remaining 5% as quality retention money, warranty expires, a one-time procurement payment (without interest).

(iv) Time of delivery: deliver the supplied goods to the place designated by the purchaser within 3 days after signing the contract.
Completion time: 30 calendar days after the signing of the contract.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the product and installation qualifications necessary for the performance of the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) other requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;

Note: Suppliers should receive negotiation documents and participate in bidding according to the stipulated time. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded.
