Jiangsu New Era Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiations on the Landscape hydropower project of Suqian Santaishan Forest Park, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:
I. Project name
Project name: Suqian Santaishan Forest Park Ziwei Park Landscape Hydropower Project
Ii. Brief description of the project
The tender is for the construction of ziwei Park Landscape hydropower project in Suqian Santaishan Forest Park (including all the contents shown in the construction drawing and the bill of quantities), and the project budget is about 483,000 yuan.
Construction requirements: 20 calendar days;
Quality requirements: qualified
This project adopts the lowest appraised bid price method.
Iii. Bidder qualification requirements
Bidders should meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in this government procurement activity:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(2) The bidder shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license.
(3) The bidder shall have the enterprise qualification of grade III or above for general contracting of municipal public works construction;
(iv) Qualification level of project leader to be selected: Grade II or above registered construction engineer or small-sized project manager for municipal public works, and Certificate B for production safety assessment;
(5) other conditions conforming to the provisions of relevant laws, regulations, rules and normative documents of the government.
Iv. Registration information
(I) Registration time: 8:30-11:30, 14:00-17:30 from July 11, 2018 to July 15, 2018 (except holidays).
(2) Registration place: 9th Floor, East Unit Yuan, Lawyer Building, Qianmei Business Square, Sucheng District, Suqian City.
(3) Acquisition method of bidding documents: on-site purchase.
(4) The fee for collecting the bidding documents: RMB 200 yuan per copy, and the bidding documents shall not be returned after sale.

Business license of enterprise legal person, copy of enterprise qualification certificate, identity certificate of legal representative (or letter of authorization of legal person) original, identity card of legal representative or authorized principal of legal person original, otherwise do not accept registration.
