Invitation for Competitive Negotiation
Suppliers:
Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement project of Suqian Santaishan Forest Park Ziwei Park Cold fog Project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of procurement items
(I) Location of the project: Santaishan Scenic Area, Suqian.
(2) Maximum price: NINE hundred and eighty nine thousand Five Hundred and eighty nine Yuan forty four fen (¥989589.46)
(iii) Construction scope: Cold Fog Project of Crape Myrtle Garden, Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian (see the appendix and drawings for details).
(IV) Construction period: 20 calendar days after signing of the contract.

(vi) The lowest bid price method shall be adopted for this project: the candidate for the transaction shall be recommended in the order of the response price from low to high which meets the requirements of the negotiation documents and has been evaluated.
(vii) Time and method of payment of progress payment: 70% of the contract price shall be paid after the completion of the project is qualified for acceptance, 90% of the approved price shall be paid after the completion of the project is qualified for acceptance and audit is completed, and the balance shall be paid two years after the expiration of the quality guarantee (without interest).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the supplier's business license and tax Registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution)
2. Qualification category and grade of the enterprise: The enterprise has the qualification of grade 3 or above for professional contracting of mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects;
3. Registered specialty and qualification level of project leader: The project leader to be selected has the registered constructor qualification of Mechanical and electrical Equipment Installation Engineering major of Level 2 or above and the qualification certificate of production safety assessment (Class B Certificate).
4. The enterprise must obtain the production safety license.
5. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
6. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
7. Other requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Iv. Access to information in competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive negotiation documents shall be provided from 8:30 on July 11, 2018 to 17:30 on July 15, 2018.

(3) Acquisition method of bidding documents: on-site purchase, 200 yuan/copy, non-refundable after sale. Materials to be provided when purchasing the bidding documents: a copy of the business license (copy), the original of the letter of authorization of the legal representative (in self-prepared format).
