3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
Bidders should comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution); And the business scope includes the following contents: landscape design or landscaping.
2. Qualification certificate of project leader to be selected: intermediate or above technical title in landscaping related majors (landscape architecture, landscape architecture, landscape architecture or horticulture);
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same package of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
