This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method: the successful candidate is recommended in the order of comprehensive scoring from high to low.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
Bidders should comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution); And the business scope includes the following contents: interior and exterior decoration engineering design.
2. Qualification certificate of project leader to be selected: Interior architect qualification issued by China Building Decoration Association.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same package of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
