Suqian Santaishan Glass Museum, Sunshine Lawn area power supply engineering design project invitation for bids
Jiangsu Jianyou Engineering Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the design project of Suqian Santaishan Glass Museum and Sunshine Lawn area power supply project. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the negotiation.
I. Project name
1. Project location: Hubin New Area, Suqian City
2. Project scale: Suqian Santaishan Glass Museum, Sunshine Lawn area power supply engineering design project
3. Design cycle: Qualified preliminary design scheme and full set of construction drawings shall be provided within 10 days upon receipt of written instructions from Party A.
4. Quality standard: qualified
5. The lowest bid price after evaluation shall be adopted for this project: the successful candidate shall be recommended from the lowest bid price to the highest bid price after evaluation in accordance with the requirements of negotiation documents.
6. Payment time and method of engineering design service fee of each unit:
(1) After the contract takes effect and the preliminary design is completed, the project unit shall pay 30% of the total contract price; (2) After the construction drawing is qualified and delivered to Party A, the project unit shall pay 60% of the total contract price; (3) The quality guarantee deposit shall be 10% of the total contract price, and the design quality guarantee deposit shall be paid after the completion of the project passes acceptance inspection, puts into operation and eliminates all design defects; (4) If the project cost settlement price exceeds the preliminary design approved estimate due to the design responsibility, it shall be deducted at least 5% of the total contract price; If the margin exceeds 2%, the quality guarantee deposit can be deducted.
Ii. Qualification requirements of the applicant
1. Bidder's qualification category and grade: The bidder shall be an independent legal person with grade C or above qualification in electric power industry design (power transmission project, power transformation project) or comprehensive Grade A qualification in engineering design issued by the construction administrative department.
2. Qualification requirements for project leader: intermediate engineer or above;
3, bidders entrusted agent of the legal representative of the authorized and project director must staff for this unit, and at the time of tender offer this unit to sign labor contract and within 6 months prior to bid this unit to deal with any for a month for its social endowment (medical) insurance certificate (certificate will be subject to a certificate issued by the department in charge of social security).
4. The enterprise shall have a comprehensive credit evaluation report issued by a third-party credit service agency registered by the credit management department of Suqian, and the credit report shall not be less than 65 points.
5. Joint bid is not acceptable for this project;
6. Meet other requirements stipulated in relevant laws, regulations, rules and governmental normative documents.
