Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. to conduct online competitive negotiation on the procurement project of alternative suppliers (advertising production) of Suqian Cultural Tourism Group. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

(III) Main Content: Suqian Cultural Travel Group plans to select 8 suppliers of advertising production, including 8 on the warehousing list, and the validity period of the inventory is one year. Detailed service list contents and requirements are shown in part IV purchasing requirements.
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents;
2. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since November 2017
3. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
(2) Suppliers shall have relevant qualifications or business scope for advertisement design, production and release
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the consultation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the application for consultation will be rejected.
Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid evaluation method of competitive consultation document.
Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive consultation document shall be provided from 8:30 May 9, 2018 to 17:30 May 15, 2018.
(ii) Suppliers should register on the spot within the time provided by the consultation documents (materials to be carried: Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Copy of id card of authorized client. The above materials are stamped with the official seal).

Price of negotiation documents: RMB 200 per set, cash purchase, non-refundable after sale.
(3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract. If the supplier participates in multiple subcontract negotiations, it shall obtain the purchase documents separately according to the subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the consultation document as required and thus fails to participate in the consultation, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Response file to receive information
(I) Deadline for submission of response documents and time for consultation: 14:30 on May 19, 2018
(II) Venue: meeting room on the 2nd floor of Suqian Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., LTD
(III) The supplier shall submit the paper response document to the consultation place before the response deadline (i.e., the response document submission deadline, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the response documents submitted late.

The term of this announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of Competitive consultation) shall be three working days from the date of promulgation of the announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of competitive consultation). The competitive consultation announcement is issued by media: suqian cultural travel group official website, suqian forest park official website, xiang wang's hometown official website and suqian cultural travel group WeChat public number.
Viii. Any change of the above invitation letter will be notified separately in relevant media.
