Announcement of competitive negotiation for the cycling road marking project in Suqian Santaishan Forest Park
Each bidder:
Suqian Hongsheng Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to carry out competitive negotiation on the cycling road marking project of Suqian Santaishan Forest Park. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
The bidding is for the cycling road marking project of Santaishan Forest Park in Suqian. The project budget is RMB 142,331.63. Details everything on the requirements list.
Time limit: 25 calendar days after the contract is signed and comes into effect.
Quality requirements: qualified
The lowest appraised bid price is adopted for this project.
3. Qualification requirements for bidders
The bidder shall comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide the following materials;
(1) The bidder must be a legal person with good financial and credit standing and independently bear civil liabilities;
(2) The bidder shall have the qualification of highway traffic engineering contracting traffic safety facilities.
(3) Qualification level of project leader to be selected: Having the qualification of certified constructor of Grade 2 or above (highway engineering or municipal public engineering), and having the qualification certificate of production safety examination (Class B Certificate).
(4) The bidder shall have the conditions for production safety and shall have obtained the production safety license.
(5) written statement that the bidder has no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years prior to his participation in government procurement activities. The authorized entrustment of the legal representative of the bidder and the person in charge of the project shall be the personnel of the company, and the bidding documents shall provide the certificate of pension insurance for any month that the company has dealt with for the bidder in the past six months, which shall be subject to the certificate issued by the insurance management department of the place where the bidder is located.
(6) The bidder meets other conditions stipulated in relevant laws, regulations, rules and governmental normative documents.
