Suqian Santai Mountain Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. organizes a competitive negotiation on the Squirrel Forest Seine project, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:
I. Project name and serial number
Project name: Squirrel Forest Seine Engineering Project

Ii. Brief description of the project
Squirrel Forest Seine engineering project adopts steel structure Seine, construction area is 982 square meters. See the attached list for details.
The bidding is subject to the maximum price and the total price is not more than 250,000 yuan. Quotations above the ceiling are invalid. The quotation includes tax points and all expenses.
The longest duration of this project is 20 calendar days. After signing the contract, the tenderee shall prepay 20% of the winning bid price for production, pay 70% of the winning bid price for installation and acceptance, and pay the remaining 10% of the winning bid price as quality retention money. The warranty period is 1 year, and the payment shall be interest-free within 1 year after completion acceptance.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the logo replacement program:
(1) The supplier shall be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability, and its business scope shall be qualified for steel structure installation and construction;
(ii) The supplier shall pay the bid bond of ONLY TWO thousand yuan, which will be converted into performance bond after winning the bid (no quality problems will be returned after the expiration of the warranty period). If the supplier fails to win the bid, it will be returned after the negotiation.

5. Documents and materials to be brought with you when you register
(1) copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise as a legal person (affixed with the official seal of the entity);
(2) The certificate of the legal representative or the power of attorney issued by the legal representative for the project;

(I) Negotiation time: 10:00 on September 2, 2017. If there is any change, we will notify you by phone.
(II) Negotiation venue: the conference room on the second floor of Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., LTD.
(3) Negotiation method: the second quotation is implemented, bidders fill in the quotation sheet on site (with official seal), and the winning bidder is determined according to the lowest bid winning method.
Evaluation fee: the winning bidder shall pay 2% of the bid price as the evaluation fee (no more than RMB 5,000).
