The air conditioning procurement, installation and maintenance project of The Home Stay Facility in SAN Tai Mountain, Suqian is open for bidding. Qualified bidders are welcome to submit their bids.
I. Project overview
(1) Project location: Suqian Santaishan Forest Park
(2) Project investment: about 998,000 yuan
(III) Construction period: 30 calendar days
(4) Quality requirements: in line with the current national quality standards, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment, warranty period: 2 years.
(v) payment method: 70% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of the project, 85% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of the project and acceptance, 97% of the audit price shall be paid upon completion of the audit, and the remaining 3% shall be paid as quality retention money by the purchaser within one year after the warranty period.

Ii. Methods of qualification examination
The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China to participate in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials according to article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents;
2. Financial status report of 2016 or 2017 (if the supplier has been established for less than one year, it is not required to provide);
3. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since January 2018;
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
(2) The bidder has not been included in the list of persons subject to breach of trust, parties involved in major tax illegal cases, and records of serious illegal and breach of trust in government procurement (subject to the "IV. Bidder Credit Information" query results of this announcement).
(3) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
(4) the bidder qualifications: 1, the bidder shall be an independent legal personality of the air conditioning manufacturers or air conditioning dealers (each bidder only with an air-conditioning brand to participate in bidding, and provide the same brand products through qualification review and compliance review different bidders to participate in bidding under the same contract, calculated on a bidder, after review with the brand with the highest scores a bidder for the winning bidder recommended qualification; If the evaluation score is the same, the bidder with the lowest quotation shall be qualified for the recommendation of the successful bidder. 5. Bidder's credit information
