Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. plans to open up the original log cabin in the park, open and ventilate the three wooden walls, and add a rest area. At the same time, the cabin will be named as "Three small building" (tentative name, door head using acrylic edge word craft). According to the actual size of the established drawings, the winning bidder shall carry out the transformation, which mainly includes design cost, labor cost, additional articles cost and other expenses.
The bidding is subject to the maximum price and the total price is no more than 45,000 yuan. Quotations above the ceiling are invalid. The quotation includes tax points and all expenses.
The maximum duration of this project is 10 calendar days. After signing the contract, the bid inviter shall pay 30% of the bid price in advance, and pay the whole amount after passing the acceptance inspection.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following requirements to participate in this procurement activity:
(1) The supplier shall be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(ii) The supplier shall pay the bid bond of RMB two thousand only, which will be converted into performance bond after winning the bid. If the supplier fails to win the bid, the performance bond will be returned after the negotiation. 0223.jpg
