Each bidder:
Su Shi Construction management Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., and intends to apply for the commission
Competitive negotiation is held for the swimming pool project of Santaishan National Forest Park. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid for the project.
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
(1) Santaishan Swimming pool project, mainly including civil construction, decoration, greening and supporting works construction, the cost is about 400,000 yuan. See the bill of quantities for details.
(2) Terms of payment: the project shall be paid in installments according to the progress of the project image, and 20% of the contract price shall be paid when 50% of the total contract amount is completed; Upon completion of the project, 60% of the contract price shall be paid; 70% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion acceptance; 97% of the price shall be paid upon completion of completion acceptance and completion of cost audit for one year; the balance shall be paid off after expiration of the warranty period with no interest.
(III) Warranty period: 2 years.
(4) Duration: 45 calendar days.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) It shall have the qualification of an enterprise of grade III or above for general contracting of construction projects, shall have the conditions for safe production and shall have obtained the license for safe production;
(6) The bidder to be appointed as the project manager shall have the registered construction engineer qualification of grade II or above (including Grade II) in housing construction engineering, and shall have the valid production safety assessment qualification certificate (Class B), and shall not be the project manager of other projects under construction.
(vii) The bidder's authorized client and project leader must be his/her official employees and provide the bidder's certificate of paying social endowment insurance for his/her authorized client in any month since December 2018 (the certificate shall be issued by the competent department of social security, and the legal representative shall be required to attend the bid opening meeting).
(8) If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, the unit shall not participate in the response of the same package of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.
